The Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) is the largest representative body for Ukrainians and those of Ukrainian descent in the UK. We exist to develop, promote and support the interests of the Ukrainian community in Great Britain & beyond!
A play The Tailor of Inverness will be running for 4 weeks at London's Finborough Theatre in Earls Court from May 14th - June 8th
This year, Refugee Week falls between 17-23 June. The theme is ‘Our Home’ – which covers many elements: a place of refuge, culture, and many other things.
The book "Ukrainian women of the Ravensbrück concentration camp. Voices of Prisoners", which has just been published, was presented to the T. Shevchenko Library and Archive by Ms. Orysia Martsyuk from London.
Our AUGB branches host regular events and activities for their communities and guests. Some AUGB branches host Ukrainian community schools and branches of organisations like the Association of Ukrainian Women and the Ukrainian Youth Association. Ukrainian Churches, are a key part of our community network, and both Catholic and Orthodox church parishes can be found across Great Britain.
Our network of partners spans across the world, and we work together with them to advance our missions and goals.
