The Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) is the largest representative body for Ukrainians and those of Ukrainian descent in the UK. We exist to develop, promote and support the interests of the Ukrainian community in Great Britain & beyond!
The recent Krayoviy Zdvyh was a remarkable success, drawing together members, visitors, and the wider community in a celebration of Ukrainian culture and traditions.
Together with our fellow Ukrainian organisations and churches, the team met with the new Ambassador General Valerii Zaluzhnyi. The meeting lasting two and half hours was productive and informative.
As the global community unites this summer to celebrate and cheer on the world’s top sporting talent, the UK government together with the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine and Sports Committee of Ukraine is paying tribute and honouring the 487 Ukrainian sporting heroes.
Our AUGB branches host regular events and activities for their communities and guests. Some AUGB branches host Ukrainian community schools and branches of organisations like the Association of Ukrainian Women and the Ukrainian Youth Association. Ukrainian Churches, are a key part of our community network, and both Catholic and Orthodox church parishes can be found across Great Britain.
Our network of partners spans across the world, and we work together with them to advance our missions and goals.
